Receiving Emergency Care During the Pandemic

It can be unsettling to think about spending time in a hospital or ER right now, but the reality is that emergencies don’t stop just because we’re in the middle of a pandemic. That’s why we’ve adapted our approach, to keep our patients safe, give them peace of mind, and prevent cross-contamination from COVID-19.

Don’t let fear stop you from getting the medical care you need—we understand the concern, and we have you covered!

Our Solution

For months now, our Dual Care initiative has been proven to be a safe and effective method or practice. The Dual Care strategy involves separating our facility into two sections isolated from one another; one for potential COVID-19 patients, and one for non-COVID patients.

Patients seeking medical attention for the coronavirus are taken through a separate entrance to one of our heavily sanitized rooms reserved for these cases. All other patients who need medical care unrelated to the virus, enter through our main entrance to access the lobby and ER, secluded from those potentially infected. This enables us to deliver the safest, most effective care, while still helping our community members who may have the virus.
